Employer Branding Specialist

We are looking for a professional and creative Employer Branding Specialist to drive employer branding strategy and activities of the company.


WORKING HOURS Start: 6:00-10:00
End: 14:00-20:00

Working on this position you will:

  • Co-create, plan, budget and implement comprehensive and employee-focused communication strategy
  • Plan, establish and oversee the company’s social media presence on Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube and blogging websites. Keep constant contribution to respective social media, based on the needs of business
  • Create interesting and innovative content/articles for social media platforms (internal and external)
  • Participate and organise external and internal meet-ups, conferences, job fairs, events, etc.
  • Analyse, review and report on the effectiveness of campaigns in an effort to maximise results and adjust future directions of activities
  • Plan and oversee the production of all printed recruiting materials, including brochures, slides and ads
  • Develop and manage recruitment campaigns using a variety of media
  • Expand the company’s online presence on different employment sites, develop creative ways to draw prospective employees to the company’s website and identify new recruitment opportunities through social media

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelor or Master Degree in Social Communication, PR, Marketing or other relevant
  • Previous work experience on similar position, e-marketing or social media promotions (in international IT company as an asset)
  • Proven experience in writing articles, success stories
  • Fluent English (level B2/C1)
  • Thorough knowledge and deep understanding of: social media and platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Tweeter and others), trends in social communication and supporting tools
  • Being up-to-date with current trends, directions, events in EB area
  • Ability to track, analyse and report employer branding operations in order to plan future campaigns
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Outstanding organisational and time management skills
  • Proactive attitude, self-motivation, independency and flexibility
  • Strong project management skills and Microsoft Office mastery are essential. Ideal candidates have experience managing website content and working with Google analytics.
