As IT Service Desk Specialist, you will support clients and our products by monitoring and sustaining continuous availability of provided services

Working in this position you will:

  • Resolve day to day enquiries acquired from clients via email or ticketing tool
  • Report any anomalies influencing flawless functionality of service provided and ensuring the root cause of such behaviour
  • Writing incidents post-mortems
  • Perform delegated and periodic assignments to elevate the quality of work and optimize processes
  • Ensure that services provided by Anixe are available in-line with SLA
  • Create day to day reports to enable smooth shift handover
  • Proactively communicate with the clients via client notification tools
  • Constantly learn and adjust to dynamic changes dependent on technology development and knowledge sharing within and outside of the team

What we expect is:

  • Min. 1 year of proven experience in IT environment or IT related studies
  • Customer case attitude
  • High accountability and proactive approach
  • Can do attitude and ability to collaborate effectively and work as part of a team
  • Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • High availability to work on shifts
