Office Assistant

We are looking for a competent Office Assistant to help with the organization and running of the daily administrative operations of the company


  • Perform receptionist duties in international company
  • Direct cooperation with suppliers, taking care of the professional image of the company,
  • Sort and distribute communications/documents in a timely manner
  • Take care of the proper supply of the office needs
  • Schedule and plan meetings, appointments and business travels (tickets, hotels, delegations)
  • Take care of office cleanliness
  • Resolve office-related malfunctions and respond to requests or issues
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure compliance with established policies
  • Create and update records ensuring accuracy and validity of information

Our expectations

  • Higher education (may be a student ready to perform full time job)
  • Good knowledge of English (level B2/C1), spoken and written
  • Working knowledge of office equipment (printers, fax)
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Independence, timeliness and accuracy
  • Engagement and accountability
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of MS Office (MS Excel, Word, MS Outlook )
  • Experience as a back-office assistant, office assistant or in another relevant administrative role will be an asset
