Hotel Distribution Project Manager

Hotel Distribution Project Manager represent the customers voice, will align business products with the needs of different customers. Person on this role will be working closely with the Development Teams.

LOCATION Wrocław, Poland

WORKING HOURS Start: 6:00–10:00
Finish: 14:00–20:00

TEAM SIZE 3–8 people

FORM OF EMPLOYMENT Flexible (B2B or Employment contract)


Working in this position you will:

  • Collect business needs and product specification to meet defined customers business needs
  • Translating business needs into concepts and implementable solutions
  • Collaborate with stakeholders (Customer Engagement Managers, Development Team) to work out standardized solutions providing a competitive advantage to wider groups of customers
  • Set priorities and groom the product backlog
  • Act as an expert in the domain who is able to explain dependencies of different items to the client
  • Share knowledge with colleagues to make a useful contribution to company knowledge base
  • Make product development status visible to higher management and realize their ROI
  • Provide input to management of technical risks and remedies
  • Follow long-term vision for product evolution
  • Contact directly with clients to collect the need and as a result, formulate stories for the Development Teams

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferred in Computer science) and/or 2+ years of experience in similar position
  • Excellent English (written and spoken, min B2 level)
  • Experience in working with large-scale systems and in international environment
  • Fluency in MS Office (including pivot tables etc.)
  • Familiarity with IT terms
  • Experience in programming will be an asset
  • Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Accountable with excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to coach others and “can do” attitude
  • It will be your additional asset if you are experienced in programming, familiar with Agile methodologies, have knowledge of the tourism, its future trends
