Hotel Distribution Project Manager

Hotel Distribution Project Manager represent the customers voice, will align business products with the needs of different customers. Person on this role will be working closely with the Development Teams.

WORKING HOURS Start: 6:00–10:00
Finish: 14:00–20:00

Working in this position you will

  • Contact directly with clients to collect business needs and product specification
  • Set priorities and groom the product backlog
  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
  • Ensure that all deliverables are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
  • Report progress to the management
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks
  • Help design, document and maintain system processes
  • Manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to work out standardized solutions
  • Act as an expert who is able to explain dependencies of different items to the client
  • Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
  • Contribute to company knowledge base

We are looking for someone with:

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree (preferred in Computer science) and/or 2+ years of experience in similar position in IT
  • Excellent English (written and spoken, min B2 level)
  • Experience in working with large-scale systems and in international environment
  • Fluency in MS Office
  • Ability to build strong relationship with stakeholders
  • Accountable with excellent problem-solving skills,
  • Ability to coach others and “can do” attitude
  • Familiar with Agile methodologies, have knowledge of the tourism, its future trends
