You will be:
- Taking care of recruitment workflow, for any needs within our business area
- Performing all recruitment activities in sourcing and building databease of candidates, conducting recruitment processes (interviewing, testing)
- Managing candidates from initial application to first day on-site
- Supporting HR and employer brand promotion projects
To be successful in this role you should:
- Have solid recruiting and research experience, ideally gained while working within IT branch
- Keep up to date with current recruitment and HR/People Operations trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods)
- Know the local labor market
- Have advanced English skills both speaking and writing
- Exhibit ‘Can do’ attitude, interpersonal skills
- Education in the area of psychology or human resource management will be a big asset
