You will be:

  • Taking care of recruitment workflow, for any needs within our business area
  • Performing all recruitment activities in sourcing and building databease of candidates, conducting recruitment processes (interviewing, testing)
  • Managing candidates from initial application to first day on-site
  • Supporting HR and employer brand promotion projects

To be successful in this role you should:

  • Have solid recruiting and research experience, ideally gained while working within IT branch
  • Keep up to date with current recruitment and HR/People Operations trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods)
  • Know the local labor market
  • Have advanced English skills both speaking and writing
  • Exhibit ‘Can do’ attitude, interpersonal skills
  • Education in the area of psychology or human resource management will be a big asset
