You will be:

Taking care of recruitment workflow, for any needs within our business area
Performing all recruitment activities in sourcing and building databease of candidates, conducting recruitment processes (interviewing, testing)
Managing candidates from initial application to first day on-site
Supporting HR and employer brand promotion projects

To be successful in this role you should:

Have solid recruiting and research experience, ideally gained while working within IT branch
Keep up to date with current recruitment and HR/People Operations trends (sourcing channels, recruitment methods)
Know the local labor market
Have advanced English skills both speaking and writing
Exhibit ‘Can do’ attitude, interpersonal skills
Education in the area of psychology or human resource management will be a big asset
